Among the numerous distinguishing characteristics of Steven Jackson’s NFL career is this: He was among the first true athlete content creators to make their mark. His series “A Week in the Life” (2010) was one of the first in-depth looks at an athlete’s career, and was recognized as one of five worldwide nominees for Best Sports Video that year by the Webby Awards. The other nominees in the category included ESPN, Major League Baseball and the Los Angeles Times.

Since then, Steven has continued to give sports fans his unique perspective into various aspects pro football, including his ongoing series Legends, which introduces fans to the legendary players of the NFL game, as well as a wide variety of additional subjects. Steven also co-created a series of paintings and visual works with renowed artist Michael Kalish in 2014. His work was covered in the documentary, “Out of the Box.”

Steven remains a frequent contributor to sports-related shows and podcasts on major networks and streaming services.
